GREATER SUDBURY, ON — The Sudbury Spartans are bringing a new spark to game day this Saturday, June 27, with the debut of Big Kick Energy, a fan-focused halftime field goal contest during all three Spartans games at James Jerome Sports Complex.
At each game, one selected fan will step onto the field and attempt a field goal for a chance to win prizes. During the U-16 and U-19 games, fans will be kicking for rewards, including a year of Pizza, courtesy of Toppers Pizza.
The Men’s game will feature a special kick from Spartans Hall of Famer Richard Eldridge, known as “Big Kick Rick.” If he makes the field goal, everyone in attendance will receive a free ice cream cone, powered by Ellis Boucher Realtor.
Fans can also expect giveaways and prizes throughout the day, making the tripleheader a must-attend event for Spartans supporters and families.
