(Greater Sudbury, ON) The Sudbury Junior Spartans host their second home game of the 2022 season this Saturday, June 4 at James Jerome Field against the Quinte Skyhawks at 4pm.
After falling to the Durham Dolphins in their opening game, the Junior Spartans, led by running-back Zidain Allen’s 127 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns, bounced the squad back convincingly in their season home opener, defeating the Peel Panthers 31-6. The Junior Spartans will look to keep a perfect record at home in Saturday’s game. The 2022 Sudbury Spartans season is proudly presented by Technica Mining.
Tickets are available at the gate for $10. Kids 12 and under get in for free.
The Spartans Men’s team will kick off their regular season this Saturday on the road against North Bay before facing Sault Ste. Marie on June 18 in their home opener.
