Junior Spartans Open Saturday

The Sudbury Junior Spartans will kick off their inaugural 2019 season in the OPFL on Saturday May 18^th when they host the York Lions at 1:00pm at James Jerome Field

“There is a lot of excitement for this new team, not only from fans, but from the coaching staff and players as well,” said Gord Goddard, General Manager JV Spartans. “We are entering a new era of football in Sudbury, where a player can be a Spartan for his entire life.  There has been a tremendous amount of support in the community as well as from our alumni who are looking forward to seeing the next generation of Spartans.”

With a committed coaching staff excited to propel the next wave of Spartans, this season is sure to be a good one. The Junior Spartans roster will be available soon at https://sudburyspartans.com/.

Saturday’s game will be played rain or shine, and tickets for the inaugural home opener with be available at the gate for $5.00.
